HLGC bought 2 old dilapidated buildings in Northcliff and wanted to turn them into modern offices. We stripped the buildings completely including the old roof tiles. All internal walls were removed and the offices were divided with new drywalling and acoustic fine fissure suspended ceilings were installed. Our client bought this secure cluster for retirement and wanted to completely renovate the house to feel like a brand new home. We stripped out all the bathrooms, kitchen, floors and ceilings. Removed internal walls between the kitchen and dinning room. Raised the small low openings between the entrance hall and adjoining rooms. This opened up all living spaces for a modern feel without compromising on the homely charm of this cluster home. This house was stripped out. We removed all the bathrooms, kitchen, all the doors and windows. We supplied all new Van Acht wooden windows, sliding doors and a new 5 leave stack door. New flush plastered ceilings were installed and all interior walls were Rhino lited, primed and painted. This was a Brand new home when we were done renovating.
